The 13th International Conference on the South China Sea, entitled «Looking back to a brighter future»

The 13th International Conference on the South China Sea, entitled «Looking back to a brighter future», took place at the Diplomatic Academy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 18-19, 2021.

Dr. Pham Lan Dung, Director of the Diplomatic Academy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, Deputy Foreign Minister made opening remarks.

Panel discussions took place after the opening speeches, during which a number of prominent speakers and international experts touched upon various aspects of the South China Sea issues of concern in their reports.

After the panel discussions, the speakers answered the questions of the participants, both onsite and online.

Representatives of the Ministries and Departments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam participated in the 13^th International Conference on the South China Sea «Looking Back to a Brighter Future».

The Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vahram Kazhoyan and Second Secretary of the Embassy Aramazd Muradyan, among other heads and members of other Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations accredited to Vietnam also participated in the conference.
